Policies

 Please be sure to read the policies related to:

SCHEDULING:

A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, including no-shows and appointments made and canceled on the same day will be billed 100% of each service. 

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time.

HEALTH:

All clients are required to complete health intake questionnaires before receiving services.

If you have allergies, skin sensitivities, recent injuries, medical conditions including pregnancy, ailments, surgeries, disabilities, high blood pressure, etc. please inform us when scheduling your appointment.

 

SERVICES:

Payment in full is required at the time of service.  We accept cash and major credit cards only.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.  We value each and every client and our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations.  If we are not meeting your expectations during a service please let us know immediately and we will work with you to adjust to meet your needs. 

Shop White Plains Cardholder Discounts - Clients must present card at time of service in order to receive discounted pricing.  The full rate of all services will be charged at the time of service if card is not presented.
